First visit to Kid Station? Online Registration is available!
Our registration process is quick and easy, and requires renewal only once a year. For your convenience, registration is completed in two steps:
- The Tennessee Department of Human Services requires parents or guardians of children registered with Kid Station to read and sign specified forms. Please download*, review and sign the Parent Notes, Personal Safety Curriculum Notification Form for Drop In Child Care Centers and Certification of Current Immunization. Bring these completed forms with you to your first visit. These forms will be held in a confidential file in accordance with licensing standards. Blank copies are also available at Kid Station.
